Agusta Bell AB206

2 Agusta Bell Jet Rangers AB206"

Manufactured as AB206A and upgraded with Rolls Royce C20B engines by the factory Agusta to AB206BIII on low skids. We already started the complete overhaul of these two helicopters and they are already disassembled and paint stripped, with the main components removed. One of the two engines has been already through the engine shop. The other engine should be out of the helicopter and ready to be sent to the shop for inspection as well as all the main components (main and tail gearbox, mast, tail rotor drive assembly, main rotor head, etc) On these two helicopters we already started removing the autopilot due to weight. The work to be performed on these two to be finished are:

** Main Components check (not due for OH yet)

** Replacement of TT straps

** Painting and reassembly

** Finish autopilot removal

** New Interior

** AD and SB compliance

** New avionics (according to customer requests)

Time to finish them around 6 to 10 weeks from contract signature.

1985 Agusta Bell Jet Ranger AB206BIII

This helicopter has a Rolls Royce C20J (more power) and has about 2000 hours Total Time Since New. This helicopter had only one owner since new This helicopter is fitted with:

** Full IFR avionics

** Low skids

** Brand New Grey Leather Interior

** Float kit provision

** Full installation for FLIR and Night-Sun search light

** New TT straps

** Facet additional oil filter

Time to finish it is around 2 to 4 weeks from contract signature.

10 Agusta Bell Jet Rangers AB206

Manufactured as AB206A1 and upgraded with Rolls Royce C20B engines by the factory Agusta to AB206BIII on high skids. These helicopters have been partially disassembled for shipment, some main components have been removed for shipping purpose only (tail boom, tail rotor assembly and fin, main rotor blades and head). They all flown to their storage around 2000 - 2002. They have been stored outside six month only. They all have between 3500 and 4000 hours Total Time Since New. All the main components (main and tail gearbox, mast, tail rotor drive assembly, main rotor head, etc) will need inspection and some will need overhaul. The work to be performed on these helicopters are:

** Main Components check

** Removing the autopilot due to weight

** Replacement of TT straps

** Full Service, bearing and dynamic components check

** Some components might need to be replaced due to improper storage

** Some rewiring will be necessary following removal of old radios and radio altimeter

** New Interior

** Some windows might need to be replaced

** AD and SB compliance

** New avionics (according to customer requests)

Time to finish the first two helicopters around 16 to 20 weeks from contract signature, after delivery of the first helicopters, 2-3 helicopter finished per month thereafter.

10 Agusta Bell AB204B (Civilian standard category)

These helicopters are fitted with Rolls Royce Gnome H1200 engines with 1350 HP. We have one undergoing complete overhaul, already registered in Germany. This helicopter is almost finished and is still with a military livery. The engine has been overhauled and has 0 hours since overhaul. On the “German” helicopter we sent to the shop for inspection all the main components and they are all ready to be installed, a part from the Main Rotor Head. We have to finish the basic avionics installation and refit all the main components and make all the usual tests and adjustments. These helicopters have been in long term storage and they all have between 3500 and 4000 hours Total Time Since New. These helicopters were never stored outside. These helicopters are fitted with the metal TT straps that are not limited by calendar life like in the 205s The work to be performed on the helicopters to be finished are:

** Main Components check

** Main component installation and adjustment

** Full Service, bearing and dynamic components check

** New Interior and new seat belts

** AD and SB compliance

** New avionics (according to customer requests)

Time to finish the one in Germany around 12 to 16 weeks from contract signature.

Agusta Bell 47 (models available G2, G2-A1, G3-B1, J, J2-A, J3, J3-B1)

We have a large inventory of Agusta Bell 47s in various models and configurations. (3 and 4 seats) We have two 47-G2 already registered in Germany. Most of these helicopters are with a military livery but they are all civilian registered helicopters. They are the perfect helicopters for beginners and for learning to fly helicopters. They have all good time remaining and excellent time on life limited parts like rotor blades. Time to finish them around 8 to 12 weeks from contract signature.
